The city of 41,000 is located close to Interstate 880 and state Routes 17, and 85, making it easy to navigate the region’s sprawl. Campbell is well known for The Pruneyard, a 253,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center that features more than 40 restaurants and shops, a movie theater, and a grocery store.
According to 2013 United State Census Bureau data, the median income in the city was $88,000, while the median home price was $667,000. Of the 16,950 housing units in Campbell, nearly 52 percent were occupied by the owners.
